The Westermo GDW-11 485 Industrial GSM modem is an industrial cellular modem designed to connect legacy serial equipment over GSM and GPRS networks. It supports dual-band GSM 900/1800 MHz communication and provides both RS-232 and RS-422/RS-485 interfaces for connecting a range of industrial devices. The modem includes an integrated TCP/IP stack for GPRS data communication, automatic reconnection after link interruptions, and DIN-rail mounting for control cabinets. Its 10–60 VDC power input and galvanically isolated power supply support installation in industrial environments.
