Overview of MOXA W406-T-CE Computer
The MOXA W406-T-CE supports applications that require communication with equipment at remote or distributed sites. Typical uses include industrial data collection, serial device integration, protocol conversion, and wireless monitoring of machinery and control equipment. Two software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports connect compatible legacy devices, while the 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port provides wired network access. Four digital inputs and four digital outputs allow connection to external signals and control circuits. Cellular communication can support remote access where wired network infrastructure is unavailable or impractical. These capabilities make the series suitable for selected Industrial Automation and Industrial Communication deployments.
